About Laura
Laura’s legal practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing work, and general transactional matters. Her experience includes all aspects of corporate formation and governance, securities reporting and compliance, mergers & acquisitions, public and private financing, secured lending transactions, and film finance and distribution. Laura has acted as outsourced general counsel for a number of her clients, advising them on specific transactions, as well as counseling on the day to day legal issues that arise in running a business.
She began her legal career in the corporate and entertainment practice groups at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she served clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to private, venture-backed companies. She strives to provide her clients with the quality of work provided by large law firms, while maintaining a more personalized relationship with her clients.
She currently lives in West Los Angeles with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, volunteering at her children’s schools and at a local animal rescue organization, and traveling.
